Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
Thousand Mistakes is the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us with the button at the end of this page.
To be completed before release: the legal name and registered address of the entity behind Thousand Mistakes. GDPR requires the controller to be identifiable, and app stores ask for the same details.
2. This website
This website does not collect personal data. It runs no analytics, shows no advertising and has no forms or user accounts.
The pages are hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront). Delivering a page to your browser requires processing technical data such as your IP address and the browser identifier your device sends. We do not keep access logs of our own and we do not use this data to identify you or to build a profile.
3. Cookies and local storage
This website uses no cookies. It writes nothing to your browser's local storage or session storage, and it contains no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no embedded content from other websites that could set cookies of its own.
This is also why you are not asked to accept anything. Consent is required for storing or reading information on your device beyond what is necessary to deliver the page you asked for, and we do neither.
If that changes — for example if we add analytics or embed a video — we will ask for your consent before anything is stored on your device, and this page will say what is stored and for how long.
4. If you write to us
When you send us an email, we receive your address, the content of your message and anything you attach. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. Our mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail), so Google processes the message on our behalf. We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the matter it concerns, and then delete it.
5. Our games
Thousand Mistakes has not released a game yet. When the first one is published, this section will describe exactly what the game collects and why, and the same information will appear in the store listing.
To be completed before release: what data the game collects (identifiers, crash reports, purchase history), which third-party SDKs are built into it (analytics, advertising, crash reporting), whether the game is directed at children, and how long each kind of data is kept. Google Play and the App Store both require this to be accurate and to match the declaration in the store console.
6. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. The providers named above — Amazon Web Services and Google — process data on our behalf and may do so outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards those providers publish for such transfers.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for a restriction of processing, and for a copy in a portable form. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
8. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. There is no archive of previous versions.
